Voluntary Aspirations is run by Keith Adams.
I live in Carlisle, Cumbria. My background is in training and coaching voluntary organisations, social enterprises and small-to-medium businesses. I Chair Carlisle Carers Association and am a Board Member of the Carlisle and District Credit Union.
My interest in yogic laughter began when I joined a laughter workshop at a Princess Royal Trust for Carers conference in Blackpool. I was hooked. It was a joy to watch carers shred their worries and inhibitions with laughter.
I decided there and then to train as a laughter facilitator and to set up Voluntary Aspirations - I wanted to bring yogic laughter to other voluntary and charity organisations - and to the corporate world.
My qualifications include:
* A Diploma in Training Management.
* A Diploma in Life Coaching.
* A Certificate in Laughter Facilitation.
* A BA(Hons) Degree in Voluntary Sector Studies.
