Laughter Yoga is often said to be the ultimate wellbeing exercise. It gives you the feel good factor. It acts as an aerobic exercise, unleashes inhibitions and breaks down barriers. It relaxes the whole body by reducing stress and tension.
Come and walk the great outdoors! Join us for an hour plus of fun and laughter at beautiful Talkin Tarn, Near Brampton, Cumbria. We meet at the Boathouse at 2pm. Bring your camera - the Cumberland News are running a wellbeing photo competition!
